Eureka Springs August Culinary Class

Beginning on Friday, August 10th, 2007 through Saturday, August 11th, 2007 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Karen Gros provides regular culinary classes in her Provençal-style home, featuring locally-grown seasonal menus. She is available as a personal chef for private dinners or cooking parties, as well as cooking events such as Corporate Culinary Team Building. Karen also lectures on the subject of cooking with fresh and dried herbs, as well as the making of stocks and sauces. Karen is now sharing her love of France by taking small groups on food-based tours to Paris.

Valentine Beet Tartlets
Steak-au-Poivre Flambé with cognac cream sauce

Tuition for this demonstration only class is $25-$28.00 per person.

Monthly Culinary Demonstration Class:

Relax and witness the preparation of two to three seasonal dishes.
Sample a taste of each dish.
Class size: 12 - 20. Class duration is 3 hours. Recipes provided.

Quarterly Hand's On & Fine-Dining Class:

Together we will cook, present and dine on an appetizer, main dish, and dessert.
